. Hotel was old and dirty. Construction going on. We were very unhappy with our stay. Why they would put us in a room on a floor that is cover in plastic and plastering going on makes no sense. We have stayed in other Hyatt hotels and they were great. For this hotel to even stay open during all of this is beyond me.

Much better options in this area. As a member of Hyatt, I usually stay at Hyatt/Hyatt Place to gain points. I'll mark this location off my options for this area. Would not stay here again. Bed linens were dirty, carpet was filthy, door lock didn't work.

Awesime Stay! Even on the 1st floor, me and my partner were at ease. Very comfortable sleeping and privacy feeling

Run Never stay here. Rooms are disgusting. Customer service is horrible. Management provided no assistance whatsoever.

Dirty Carpet Was given a room on the 4 the floor. To my surprise the carpet had a huge stain along with some dried gum on it. Also a cabinet in the room was damaged. Called front desk but was told they were booked but I insisted something had to be done. I was then told the hotel was under renovation. Not sure what that has to do with dirty carpet. A room should not be rented unless clean including the carpet. Finally given another room on the first floor which was acceptable.
