The Lovely Litchfield Inn! We cannot say enough good things about the Litchfield Inn. My husband and daughter were staying for two nights after summer camp. Unfortunately, their rental car broke down and they had quite an ordeal. However, the staff at the Inn came to their rescue. The staff worked tirelessly to make sure that their car was towed and that they were safe. Their genuine concern for their well-being did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful and attentive service, and their efforts were deeply appreciated. The exceptional service made a lasting impression, and we are genuinely grateful. The property is also beautiful. We highly recommend and will be back!

Excellent place to host a business meeting, very accommodating. We held a business meeting at the Litchfield Inn in June 10th-12th, which included 30 people from all over the country. We contemplated hosting our guests closer to the airport but ultimately decided on supporting another local Litchfield business; what a great decision we made! Syed was amazing from the second we called to discuss the idea of holding the meeting at the Inn. He was professional, offered many great suggestions and the meeting went off without a hitch. The meeting room (ballroom) was perfectly setup, they kept fresh snacks and drinks stocked in the meeting room all day. The patio setup was a nice spot for some downtown. The rooms were perfect, parking was plentiful and the staff was very kind and professional. Our guests loved how clean and neat everything was and really enjoyed the historic feel of the Inn. I couldn't be happier, what an amazing job well done by Syed and his team. We'll be back!

Great service, spotless rooms and very good value. We enjoyed our stay at this inn. You can tell that the owner Syed takes great pride in his establishment. The updates he and his wife are working on are really pretty and thoughtful. Our room was spotless and so great to be able to bring our dogs. Great hiking nearby and fantastic restaurants. This place will be even more lovely when their pool gets put in. Very good value with a plentiful breakfast buffet and our room was gorgeous with a soaker tub. We’ll be back.

Multiple stays over past year I love this place. I have stayed here on five seperate trips the past year, visiting my son in boarding school nearby. Lobby area, plenty of sitting rooms hang out areas, fireplace set-ups - all high end — designed with New England charm. Reservations, front desk service and flexibility are very customer-centric. Judy up front, in particular is fantastic. Rooms are great and many have been upgraded/refurbushed recently. I met the owner on this trip and I can see where the customer-first approach comes from. Rates are on higher side for area/region, but aligns very well with the offering.

Comfortable, well appointed inn with a community feel We had a basic room which was spacious with comfortable beds and nice touches like robes and slippers. We appreciated the design - clean, modern but still warm. Our bathroom felt a little dated, but the staff and shared spaces more than make up for it.
