Very poor experience So we stayed here for one night to use one of my free nights I had available from Marriott from my many stays. I REALLY wish I would have picked a different hotel to stay in. This was by far the worst Marriott brand hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bathtub would fill up with water when showering even though the drain was open. The air conditioning was not working in the room, causing it to be very warm overnight. My wife said it was the worst night of sleep she had in years. The walls were so thin we could easily hear the person on the other side of our wall hacking up a lung all night… And though they said masks were needed, most of the people in the lobby were not wearing them, making me uncomfortable. Overall, I would NOT recommend you stay at this Marriott if in the western Detroit suburbs…

Business trip to Detroit. It's a old property and in need of some tlc. The staff is very nice and pleasant to deal with. Rooms are not cleaned everyday because of covid but they will provide extra towels. The lounge is closed again because of covid. Location is great. There is a little mart in the lobby for small daily use items.

Not worth it and dirty Incredibly awful and unprofessional front desk staff. Different answers when speaking to different staff members which caused a lot of frustration. Dirty towel left in room from previous guest. Never again.

Overall a Nice Stay I needed to find a hotel in the Detroit area. I opted for the Marriott in Livonia since it was close enough to Detroit for my needs, website mentioned some enhanced COVID cleaning policy's and it was a overall good value. I was please to see they offered plenty of hand sanitizer in lobby. Staff wore a facemask. The room appeared clean, but no more or less clean then pre-covid times. Check in was quick and painless. Overall no complaints.

Marriott The front desk attendants act like your second class and don't have time for you. Would not recommend to anyone. Save the money and stay somewhere they treat you like a person and not just another customer coming through the door. All around not a good experience
