One night stay in Logan, Utah Room was clean and recently updated. Breakfast was good and had quit a few choices. I wouldn't have stayed here on this particular night because the prices were around $200.00 on a Thursday, not sure why. I had received a free night promotional stay after I had stayed in another Best Western and was able to use it at this place.

We like the Best Western, especially the one in Logan, Utah It is a great hotel and it has been newly remodeled. We love the Jacuzzi _ it is our favorite amenity. We have recommended it to friends. We often have our family members join us when we plan on staying.
We stay any time we can get an extra day away. Thanks for your kind and efficient service.

Great price and location Great location downtown, seemed to be center of the Logan area. Nothing was very far away. Rooms were a little older but certainly Best Western quality.

No Hot Water If you like cold showers then this hotel is for you or when you check in be sure to request a room that is not in the main building. There is ONE hot water heater for 44 rooms. The hot water was gone by 10 am and was still out at 4 pm. My wife waited until noon to shower and had to have the control all the way to the hot to have barly enough. I went on a bike ride and returned at 2 pm ready for a shower but as I said there was still none at 4 pm. I wanted to go to a room in another building just to have a shower but they insisted we move to another room. I told them if we had to pack up everything to move then we would go to a different hotel which we had to do so I could get a shower before dinner.

No hot water and needle for drugs found under the sheets I have stayed at multiple Best Westerns in the past, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. When I first tried to take a shower, the water was freezing. I called the front desk and they told me to wait a half hour and that the tank wasn't big enough to accommodate demand. My family waited for a couple of hours and even tried again in the morning. The water never warmed up and it was freezing.
The biggest issue that we had, however, was that a needle for drugs was found under the sheets. I felt something hard under the sheets when I first got into the bed. I dug under the sheets to see what it was and it was a needle. I was traveling with my wife and 2 children and we were pretty grossed out by that.
I stated both of these problems to the front desk person upon checkout and she simply apologized for the inconvenience. I would have hoped that they would have offered a refund or assigned us to a different room that had been cleaned appropriately or that had hot water, but that didn't happen. Won't be staying there again.
