Breakfast no as promised for 2 weeks. The hotel has not provided breakfast for 2 weeks as they promised. This is not the first time that they use the excuse about ordering. If company wants me to email, please give the email address and details on who and how to contact. Do not just say go to your website.

Long term stay I have been staying an extended period of time. I have no complaints. The staff are all excellent. Ivy is a great manager. The rest of the staff are all wonderful. They accommodate all of your needs when they can. They truly make you feel welcome. I look forward to my remaining time here

There is nothing good to say. I came into this property at the end of a snowy day. I had a terrible time getting my luggage into the lobby. I found the lobby sterile and unwelcoming. It took a while to be greeted. I went to my room and found it totally unsatisfactory. The sink in the bath was stained with makeup. The kitchen had no plates, silver, pots or anything to use to prepare food. The smell of the whole building was bad. There are no pictures on the wall or anything that might make it feel like a place you would like to live in for a while. I left and went to another hotel within 30 minutes.

Avoid if you need good WiFi & hate loud parties Been here for 7 months. The WiFi has NOT improved, in spite of management's response to my prior review. It is barely existent in the middle of the night or early morning, and impossible to use late afternoon and all evening and weekends. The WiFi company sent a tech with a laptop who said the speeds were really slow in my room, then he left. Nothing improved. On top of this, we're still in this pandemic, the facility has signs posted regarding no visitors in rooms, but two weeks ago Saturday night there was a raucous party in a room down the hall from us with a large group of young partiers who were up and down the hallway all night creating noise and havoc that made it impossible to sleep. They finally left at 5 am Sunday morning when the whole mess spilled into the hallway. 2 nights ago there was another party, just as loud, and it also went on until after 5am. Calling the front desk is worthless, because nobody answers the phone at night, it just forwards to their reservation department after 8-10 rings. Clearly no employee was at the front desk either evening because everyone who came and left the parties walked through the front lobby. The hotel promotes their free breakfast, but it hasn't been available since the pandemic started. That's understandable, but don't promote something you don't have. Also, if it snows you should stop at the local home improvement store and buy a shovel, because their snow removal service isn't. We ended up buying a shovel to remove the mounds of snow the plow guy left in front of our car every time it snowed, and they never salted the lot. There was some effort put into clearing the front door of the hotel, but that's it. It's frustrating, because the room itself isn't bad, but the services are terrible.
