Hotel is evicting people illegally. The hotel is changing to apartments and asked those that wanted to switch from hotel guests to leasing apartments to fill out an application. After do that, the hotel gave notice of eviction (7 days) to most of the residences. These people have been there for over one month and are being threatened illegally with eviction. People's civil rights are violated, and this company is being sued at other locations.

Not a Sonesta Suites Unfortunately did not read the previous review. Upon arrival informed they are basically apartments now. No breakfast though website says they do. Kitchen ware very lacking and staff only available 9-5 so if you decide to stay here check to make sure you have all you need. We had to go to the local Target for some necessities like coffee, dish detergent, paper towels, napkins, hair conditioner. Even the extra bed linens were missing. Not at all what we expected.

Horrible, horrible experience It is almost midnight and we are currently staying here and cannot sleep because of all of the noise in the room above us. It sounds like they are bowling, along with their pit bull. The front desk does not answer the phone, and the main Sonesta main number says there is nothing they can do. This is our 4th night of enduring this nightmare. Do NOT stay here under any circumstances. Plus, there is NO housekeeping and NO breakfast. What a disastrous trip for us and anyone staying here. The towels are pathetic. There is one fork and two spoons. Horrible.

Not clean ! Wear flip flops in unit! The entire facility was dirty. The Grounds sidewalks, plus we even arrived at night and could see it was filthy. Going up the stairs to our efficiency the stair treads were loose. Once inside the room the sofa was filthy as well as the carpet. The smell of old cigarettes in the room even though their was signs everywhere about a fine if you smoke inside. The free breakfast was apples, bananas, pop tarts, nutrition grains bar and coffee. Plus we asked about ice and they said that the refrigerator had an ice maker but when we went to our room ours was broken !

Not safe Please choose a different hotel. I did not feel safe at this hotel and I was told it was transitioning to section 8 housing. The courtyard was strewn with children’s toys and garbage. While the room was clean it did not have towels. It also only had a bottom sheet on the bed that I didn’t discover until I returned at 10::00pm. The office was closed and no one from the hotel was on the property to help. Thankfully I had some blankets in my car. The residents were up until the wee hours with constant commotion and noise outside. The only positive was the air conditioner which worked well to mask some of the outside noise. I shared my experience with the hotel staff when they returned the next morning and they apologized for no bedding. That’s it. Please go somewhere.
