Felt Unsafe Due to Transients Present Daily in parking area and in lobby. Felt unsafe due to amount of transients lingering around property. One even approached my family and me in the lobby. There were specific individuals lingering right outside and in lobby daily. Unsure if some bizarre trafficking or other crime going on but saw these people every single day. My family mentioned this feedback to management before leaving who seemed aware and indicated they are looking into hiring added security. My gut tells me management is either part of it or absolutely incapable of dealing with it. Hopefully they can get it sorted out. If not for this issue, I’d say hotel rooms are outdated & musty smelling but likely considered decent for price. However, economy in exchange for safety is a dealbreaker for us. We will not return until issue is fully addressed. Please be safe & spend a few extra bucks to stay somewhere with improved property management..and security ensuring guests feel safe is a key deliverable of managing property effectively! Unfortunate situation as my family would always stay here when in town until now.

Clean, but dated hotel I stayed for a family visit and the hotel was nearby. The hotel is very clean, but other than the remodeled lobby, the rest of the facility is quite dated and showing its wear. During my visit the hotel was quite full, but I had no trouble sleeping as it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I did have some trouble with getting my room cleaned, but their front desk folks we helpful in figuring out the issue.

Great experience for our trip and very clean and nice hotel This is our second hotel with our Chicago trip! Really, this hotel is at a very good area! Lots businesses buildings and lots low rise condos around! Very nice place! The hotel is nice and clean! The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful! I try book all best western hotels with swimming pool since my kids love swimming but I know any hotel near big city don’t have swimming pool or over our budget limit! So I know this one don’t have it, but the front desk gentleman was very nice and offer our family a free paradis bay water park pass! With 35 degree day, the water park pool is really nice and extremely great experience for our trip! I strongly suggest everyone to book this hotel as well!

Family visit This was my 2nd time staying at this particular location. It is conveniently located for Lombard/Villa Park/Oakbrook/Downer's Grove area, with many stores and restaurants nearby. Although it is convenient to major streets and interstate highway, it is just far enough away to be quiet. Both times I have been very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness and concern of the desk employees.

Good Place to Stay We stayed one night recently..the hotel may be a bit older but it was very clean, very comfy, and the staff very friendly. Parking was well lit and close to front door. We did not eat breakfast but that was on us… we over slept. Great location. Would definitely stay here again
