The location was great and easy to move from to other places The room was so nice and clean, and compliment beverage at the lobby. Also easy access to other parts of London city such as London Eye, Tower Bridge, and not far away from Camden Market as well as Harrods So close to London School of Economics and Political Science

Nice place Traveled with 2 children. Requested connecting rooms ahead of stay, but were told they weren't available when we got there. They did eventually accommodate us and we had connecting rooms. Rooms were very clean and nice. Staff was very receptive with all other requests. Location is a few blocks from restaurants, bars, groceries. Closest tube station doesn't have a lift, which only effects some people like us who have a stoller and lots of children things or disabled. Nice terrace outside to enjoy coffee.

Excellent location but expensive room, value for money The hotel was good, the location excellent but the room quite dark and with a column in the middle. I asked for a change and he didn’t try. Unfortunately we expected more…

Not a hotel chain…thieves Sometimes you experience booking mistakes, that can happen… But how to name a hotel where you book a room, pay for it, and get no room because they sold it twice to make more money… If you want to really stay in London, avoid this one and its unprofessional manager! Not a mis tale but a voluntary move showing how much he does not care about clients! Run away…
