I do not recommend this hotel. Horrible experience. The communication put a sour feeling to want to book anything in the future with them. This hotel is not flexible at all. The number doesn't work and the rooms are small. These conflicts with the management has not be resolved. I do not recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay Nice hotel right next to the city centre and the amazing Hyde Park! Easy transport into the city, breakfast was OK, lots of restaurants and city life just around the corner. Nice beds and affordable pricing at the hotel. Easy to store suitcases before check in and after check out!

Great hotel near Paddington The hotel is nice. It's fancy looking although a little dated and there's no lift, but generally all the amenities were fine and the bedroom was suitable for the price. Bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast is halal and very tasty. Slightly overpriced but it is a buffet so I guess you can get as much as you want! Overall very satisfied

Poor Poor stay. Building internal and room decor nice but that’s where it ends G1 was by a noisy external fan or generator that went all night so I had no sleep really and then we could hear everything room above was doing and I mean everything! Not a noise I want to hear from other people thank you Complained and no refund was allowed and had to fight for a single £15 breakfast that took 2 hours of arguing to have agreed Breakfast not really good. Poor hot choice and eggs not full cooked properly so white was snotty We won’t return

Great Location This Hotel is near Lancaster Gate tube station on the central line. It is also near to the 94 Bus that can take you to Piccadilly Circus so great location. The hotel room was small but comfortable. Clean with basic facilities and a good shower.
