Faultless stay It was my birthday and the very attentive staff made our stay so memorable. It was our first visit but it won't be the last. A great location. Lovely Comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Faultless. We treated ourselves to a cocktail in the legendary bar. Looking forward to returning one day.

Outstanding afternoon tea What a wonderful time we had at Dukes for our afternoon tea: the savoury choice was simply outstanding, the scones each paired with their own cream phenomenal and the sweets light and delicious. It was very filling, but not too sweet as it happens with many afternoon teas. Great choice of teas and very friendly service by everyone, but especially Mercedes.

Superb Hotel in Excellent Location We stayed at Dukes in London to celebrate a significant birthday and had a truly wonderful experience. We were given a very warm welcome and had a lovely room which was spotless and had everything we needed. We were very spoilt which made my birthday extra special and the staff couldn't do enough for us. We were lucky enough to get a table in the Cocktail Bar which is extremely popular and we could see why. The cocktails were superb. We would highly recommend a stay at Dukes and you won't be disappointed. Thank you everyone who looked after us. Kathi and Mike Neish

Breakfast and service a 10 We went for breakfast and it was delicious! Had spectacular service from Ujwol, who went out of his way to accommodate our family and their many special requests! Would definitely recommend. The hotel is also lovely and well located in Mayfair.

Very nice quaint hotel in great location. Famous bar not nice. This hotel is very nice. Beautiful room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great location. Nice bathroom. All good. I would of given it a 5 star rating, if it wasn’t for their famous bar. The staff here are haughty, personality challenged, and not friendly or respectful. Great martini for32$ , but not worth the bar staffs arrogance. They should take some lessons from the wonderful ladies in the tea room. Afternoon tea was fabulous and all the people working there are friendly and attentive.
