A great place to stay! A delightful hotel in just the right place to see everything! The staff was so hard working, and the hotel was clean and had a wonderful breakfast buffet. The little bar was great fun for small group gatherings. I would stay there again. I heard they were going to get new ownership. I hope they don’t change a thing!

Excellent value; wonderful staff We had a wonderful stay at the hotel this past October. The hotel checked all our boxes: conveniently located, exceptionally clean, lovely decor, safe neighborhood, and well-priced. The added bonuses were the incredibly helpful attitude of the entire staff as well as the curated menu and delicious food at the hotel's restaurant. Because of my health issues, it was the accommodations made for us by the hotel staff - particularly the restaurant staff (thank you, Spiro and Mersim!) as well as the cleaning staff (thanks, Mariana) - that made our trip to London possible. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Value for the Locaiton Very good value for the area of London. Quiet street and only a 1 minute walk to Earl's Court station, which made it easy to be anywhere around London within about 30 minutes. Breakfast was phenomenal for a buffet, with many choices to suit all people. Room was small but clean and had everything you'd need, especially if you weren't going to spend much time in it aside from sleeping. Would recommend to anyone.

Look somewhere else We wanted to love this hotel but the hits just kept coming. We asked for bedding for the pull out bed and were handed a duvet cover. No pillows no blanket nothing. Second time we called they acted like we were brothering them. Then the next night the fire alarm went off at 1:30am. There was no one from the hotel with any direction or instructions. People were outside on their PJ's and no one had any idea what was going on. The alarm went off 2 more times that night. What a disaster of a stay.

Good but not for families in y opinion Great location for sight seeing especially the museums but 4 people in a room made for 2 was not comfortable however it was nice that the hotel accommodated us all in the one room. A great stop for a business stay I’d say
