Excellent and enjoyable The pillows are the softest. The bed is the most comfortable. This place is truly welcoming, clean friendly family, friendly. Breakfast is outstanding With plenty of selections. The staff here are great and friendly and helpful. Even the elevators get a five star rating because they are fast.

Great experience at Park Plaza Westminister This is our first experience at this hotel and we are astonished by the great service we have received for our checking in. Mr. Houqe who helped us with the check in is a professional and so kind and caring. He also helped us with an upgrade to a much better view from our room that we were requesting. Thank you Houqe.

Amazing hotel Its a very nice hotel with an inviting atmosphere. Checking into our room was simple and easy. The rooms themselves are clean and they have wonderful views of the city. The location is in a quite convenient locations. Lucz was very helpful during breakfast time.

Spa worth a visit, Overall great hotel Visited for 3 nights, highlight for me was the spa which is worth the visit, if you want a treat. Rhiannon was an exceptional therapist who took her time, was easy to talk too and went through exactly what I was expecting. The room was set up as two double beds which was perfect for two people who don’t want to share a bed. The view of the London eye was a treat! Both restaurants serve great quality food, the sushi bar was the better one and has a fantastic view. Only disappoint was the breakfast, not much choice and often v busy, quality of food was also disappointing, considering the evening meals were lovely. Overall, staff were helpful and the hotel is easily accessible for everyone including less abled. The views of iconic scenes of London are worth it and perfect location to see the best of Westminster.
