Not a great experience. Room was old Old tissue box half ripped out of the bathroom counter and just left. Only two of the four elevators were working. Wait time to go to the 22nd floor was over 17 minutes. Room had a stale smell in it.

Poor customer service Visiting town for a concert that was canceled the afternoon of the show. Called hoping to reschedule and was told since I booked with Expedia (travel agent site) that they could not move the date. When I booked using Expedia versus booking directly, it was $50 less. I was very flexible and would have taken any date, I have stayed here multiple times and will now never darken their door again. Poor customer retention under the circumstances.

Staff friendly, space tired. Staff friendly, rooms tired. Went for a conference and while the conference facilities felt updated the rooms themselves were dated, tired and didn’t look clean (stains around the toilet and shower). Also, didn’t provide housekeeping for a 2 night stay. While I assume this could be a staffing issue, I find it takes away from your stay. Considering the price we now pay for a basic hotel room, to not at least get housekeeping seems like poor service. Conference food was fair. Restaurant staff were kind but the food is lack lustre. Wouldn’t recommend. Also we shifted a table and it revealed old food and dirt so not cleaned well.

Worse customer service This room was booked months in advance with the knowledge that there were 4 kids and 2 adults. They gave us a room with 2 queen size beds, no pull out sofa, refused to give us a roll out cot or just the cot mattresses. One son had to sleep on a chair and an ottoman pushed together, the other 3 had to sleep together cross way across the bed. Only 3 towels provided for 6 people. When anything was requested (adequate number of towels, extra pillows so each child had one, an extra blanket, mattress or cot..all denied. They were unwilling to change rooms or help us with the sleeping arrangements. Will NEVER book here again. The parking lot door was locked from the outside with a paddle lock (was not advised of this when we parked), therefore had to walk from the top floor down. Multiple cars were broken in to. Front desk staff seemed very impartial and did not attempt to help/solve with concerns in ANY way. Definitely go somewhere else!

Home away from home I had an appointment with a specialist the hotel was fairly close to everything, hospitals, restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed the hotel. There was a nice view from our window that we were pleasantly surprised about.
