Perfect place to go prior to cruise We stayed here in a Friday evening. Took a Lyft fromLAX which took a little longer than we thought but easy traffic after 8 pm on a Friday. Hotel was easy to find. The staff did a great job handling registration quickly and gave us a great room in the rear of the building. The breakfast line was very long so we went up the street to Babette Bakery which was fantastic. The room was clean and easy to get an Uber to the ship. Would stay here again.

Great hotel stay in Long Beach We stayed one night at this hotel before leaving on a Carnival cruise for 7 days. Since we drove to Long Beach, I booked the package that includes parking while you are on the cruise. The package includes a shuttle to the port and will pick you up when you return to LB. It also included a made-to-order breakfast for 2 people and the food was very good. Upon arriving back to LB, we called the shuttle driver to pick us up at the port, but for some reason, the shuttle driver was not being allowed to drive to the pickup area. We ended up calling a taxi and took it back to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk was nice enough to reimburse us for the cab fare. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back again for our next cruise adventure out of Long Beach or San Pedro.

Awesome! Hotel offers many, and from all of it I can put just 1 minus point because of same food everyday. A lot of trips, things to see and best animator team I ever seen! If u goin alone without no partner, don't worry, they will keep you busy enough, as they know how to get your attention, with is perfect of course! Strongly recommended!

Pre- Cruise Stay We stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel ahead of our Carnival Cruise. It is a very easy Lyft or Uber ride from the LAX airport. It is just as easy to get a ride to the pier from the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Pre-cruise stay. Stayed here for 1 night prior to Mexican Riviera cruise. The friendly staff made check-in a breeze. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. Had dinner and breakfast in the on site restaurant and both times the service and food were great. They have some of the best fries I have ever had. The only thing of concern is the location. Some might find the area a bit sketchy. Otherwise a fine hotel.
