Billing ripping me off Booked 2 nights with expedia. Done it 1000's if times and I never had a problem with a hotel intentionaly charging me again. I received the bill via email. I used the require credit card when check in to have dinner and that was it. Well... the bill is over 500 dlls. So I paid over 500 dlls for 2 nights with expedia and another over 500 dlls this hotel charged again my credit card. Unbelievable!!!! I called several times and it appears that billing department is always at lunch. Nobody has been able to assist me with this crazy extra charge. I am so upset with the entire situation. Health issues and management doesn't care We planned on staying for 5 days. Ended up leaving early based on spider bites. It was so bad it made us sick. The room had no indication of any insects. We didn't realize it was from the private balcony. We only used the balcony in the evenings so we could not see the many webs and filthy floor. When we wrote management they said that the PRIVATE balcony is an outdoor issue and refused to work with us. How is that? 1. The room was actually called a "balcony" room and we were CHARGED for the balcony. 2. The private balcony is on the 9th floor the only access is from the our room. 3. The balcony had furniture! Come on. I have attached pictures.

Nice and comfortable Front desk staff and housekeeping are services are fantastic. Check-in was an absolute breeze, and the desk clerk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Rum was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and was not excessively noisy. Wifi I met expectations. parking was convenient, and especially so since they were not doing a valet. I absolutely hate valet parking and hotels. location is perfect for the Port of Long Beach or any waterfront activities. Walking distance to everything. What could have been better. As a titanium elite member on business travel, I could have been upgraded to a little nicer room. I was on a high floor-- eleventh. But I did not get a nice harborview. I was not offered a poolside room. the hospitality staff did email me ahead of my arrival and asked if I had any special requests. I called and requested the best possible room. While the room was clean, there was not a lot of attention to detail with deep cleaning and, for example, condition of the wallpaper. in the bathtub and shower there was mildew on the tile grout. All it would have taken was a little bit of tilex and the tile grout would have been White. And the wallpaper I was peeling off and looked like it had been cut with a dull butter knife. Neither of these things dramatically affected my comfort so the hotel is only losing one point of the five Point review.

Great Location; Exceptional Service Hands down above and beyond service from the entire front office and room service teams. John Lowe and the team are personable, knowledgeable, and beyond accommodative. They will make sure you that you have the best experience during your stay. The lobby bar is a great place to grab drinks before or after you head out. The hotel's pool area is clean and gets great sun all day. The gym has plenty of weights and machines so that you can get a full workout. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone who is looking for a fantastic experience and a great location in Long Beach.

Lack of Amenities for the price The breakfast service and food at the SIP Lounge was great, however there was no water in the hotel rooms. We couldn't even purchase one at the lobby. We didn't have a hair dryer and only 1 decaf coffee package was offered and two towels for three people. For $300/night, they can and should do better.
