Inn at 50 at Long Beach Convention Center

Nice place to stay but bad customer service Friend was charged $50 for extra sheets and wasn’t told or found out until last day. When asked about getting money back was yelled at by staff and cussed out. The place was nice to stay at and was clean, and next door was a nice play to eat at or order from as well.

Best room I stayed in. Was a nice comfortable room for a family of 4 very clean . I love the details of our room. Planing to return soon. We planned to stay 1 day and we ended up booking another day . I recommend this place . Their great restaurants around the area . Beach is so close

You’ll notice hidden fees on your bill upon Checking out I stayed at this location on Tuesday, 26 December 2023. I was charged of smoking fee, even though I do not smoke as well as my guest. Check my bill I noticed that I was charged an extra $150. After calling to check on the status for a full day, I was given the run around on every and told that the housekeeper was not in yet for the day, and they would have to check with the housekeeper. I was also told the manager Fernando would be in later and he would give me a call and he never called even after my repeated calls and messages. Do not use this service again And use anyone else. They are liars, Swindler, And will try to get you for every mysterious charge if you do not check your bill. I will never be using this service again and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. This is the last place you wanna go on vacation the last bit you would like to use me and my family regret making the decision of using this company. Parking is very limited drug use and homelessness is also high in the area

The worst of the worst Don't stay here , definitely this is not nice hotel to stay , we arrive and the receptiones was rude and he even charge me 24 dollars more for plus he wanted to charge me 25 more for parking , they don't have enough parking at the location is first come first serve, is not worth paying 230 dollars for nothing, we just got there change and left , we will not get our money back but definitely will never stay here again..

Hidden Gem Excellent!! Small boutique property. Immaculate!! Incredible service. A motel style with a hotel attitude. I have been trying out many properties in Long Beach and this is now my go to place. The staff will go out of their way to accommodate you. Hard to check in early because they are always sold out, but they held my bags and let me into my room before I even checked in. They have microwaves, refrigerators and kuerig coffee makers. They have a free espresso machine in lobby as well as waters and energy drinks. The price is incredibly reasonable. Many restaurants in walking distance and a Vons market. On the weekends a free bus near by takes you to many attractions. I can’t say enough about this place and will be back!!
