NOT worth the money! The rooms have not been updated and are getting grungy! No one vacuums the hallways to the rooms. Candy wrappers, bloody used bandaids in hallway. Don’t get an ocean view because you will pay a lot of money but won’t be able to hear the ocean because the music from the tiki bar is so loud you can’t sleep. And your room vibrates. The music doesn’t turn off until 1am on Fridays. So, don’t bring children!! I had a great experience at the pool and beach but everything else was definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

One of the worst hotel experiences ever 1.Shower handle came off--could have broken my foot, 2. In-room coffee machine did not work, 3. only 2 of 3 elevators worked, 4. Manager not on premises on a Saturday in July at a beach hotel, 5. not enough umbrellas at the beach, though this is part of resort fee, 6. In-room WiFi not working, though part of the resort fee, 7. Key cards not functional when leaving parking lot, 8. no clams in clam chowder, 9. Wait for breakfast though plenty of tables available

Great beach - good hotel We went to Ocean Place Resort and Spa last week for 3 nights. Family of 4 so we got two rooms. It is a perfect location - you can literally just park your car and never need it again, there are bars, restaurants, shops all within a 10 min walk in either direction, which is why we chose it (I've been there twice before). The beach is beautiful, you can easily get chairs and umbrellas, there is a lifeguard. There are games in the lobby (which is beautiful). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The whole outside setting is quite nice. We didnt go to the pool at all - it was crowded with littles, but it looked nice. The rooms are just ok. The AC was broken in one of our rooms, and the front desk didn't answer the phone the entire first day we were there. The second day, they answered and an engineer came within two minutes and it got fixed. Due to Covid there is no housekeeping, which I didn't mind at all. We went during the week, so wasnt overcrowded - but I cant imagine how it would be on weekends. We asked for late checkout, but they couldn't accommodate us. The issue is the prices are 5 - 6 star hotel rates for a 3-4 star hotel. We could have rented a whole house for a week with what we paid for 3 nights. I knew it going in, and we had a great time, but just think the price/value isn't really there. I would probably go back, but not during high season with those rates.

Decent hotel, dirty rooms Great location. Our room was filthy and never cleaned the balcony has full of covert we butts and old chewing gum. For the price they charge the rooms should have been immaculate. The location and access to the beach are great.

Rip off If you’re seeking a luxury resort experience, look elsewhere. Nothing felt premium about our stay though being able to walk to the beach was nice. Clogged sink, cheap bedding and chintzy materials. Staff was slow to respond when there was only one chair on our balcony. At $600 per night we thought we were treating ourselves to something special. Relative to the price, this was an absolute rip off.
