Terrible service by blanca We came in at 7am and we had a reservation for 8am. Blanca the supervisor said she can’t check us in till 8 so we waited around. Then at 8 she said the room wouldn’t be ready till 840 and there was nothing she could do to compensate us or get it ready faster. Thanks for wasting our time and being rude about it too. Hotel is unkempt and dirty. Don’t stay here

Stranded Hotel showed availability for our trip. On their website and in 3rd party sites. Booked only to arrive to find that it had been turned into a shelter. Why were they still taking reservations? No one from the hotel came to help us nor answered their phone. Only a man in uniform saying this is no longer a hotel. No notification by email or phone. So we’re 2 women stranded there with suitcases in the rain in an unfamiliar area. No one from Wyndham would help us either, spent 100’s of extra dollars finding last minute lodging. Last time I will use Wyndham and avoid this place because who knows what you’ll show up to.

I got Scabies and rashes all. Over my body after staying here I got Scabies and rashes all over my body after staying at this hotel. This hotel is very unsanitary and dirty. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They do not clean their rooms regularly. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Not a hotel I stayed here previously and gave a great review. So I was glad to make reservations for our next trip I had reservations that I paid for. Upon our arrival it is no longer a hotel. It is a nyc shelter. No warning,no plans for paying customers arriving or those already there and made to vacate immediately. It was changed in a day. Neither wyndom,nyc or any 3rd party reservationists gave a damn. People arrive from the airport from Europe and other far away places and like me were stranded. The treatment we received was outrageous

This hotel doesn't exist anymore. This hotel doesn't exist anymore. Me and my friend was supposed to check in today, and when arriving there it wasn't a hotel anymore, it was a shelter. New ownership. No word from the hotel or from my third party agent. All there was, was a paper taped up on the window that the guests should contact the hotel or third party agent.
