Staff are friendly and trying, but ... disappointing! This room was adequately clean, and the staff were friendly and trying their best, but the inn is in a poor state of repair. Also, the shower mat in the tub looked too old/dingy; and the complimentary breakfast was a to-go bag because there were too few staff to prepare and serve in the usual breakfast room. Previous similar reviews have not produced the necessary improvements! I cannot recommend this one, nor will I return.

Keep Looking for a better Motel with full Service Swimming Pool Closed. Breakfast area closed Room Floor - Dirty. If you need to find a room in Longmont CO…. Pass this by!! Just keep looking. We were not told at the time of making a reservation that 2 key elements were not in service. Very disappointed at check in.

Bed Bugs! Take a look at the attached photos before staying here! I received approximately 20 bed bug bites during my stay on September 26th 2019. As if that was not bad enough, the hotel refused to take responsibility for the lack of cleanliness if their room and offered me no resolution. Even after I contacted Choice Hotels directly and they forced this location to reimburse me they still did not so much as offer an apology. I would have preferred to resolve this with a hotel management but they refused to contact me or behave reasonably so please think hard before booking here! A note to management if anybody is reading this. Your front desk attendant, Raney, told me to go ahead and leave a review as she was unwilling to contact management and help them assist me in solving this problem. She might need some additional training on handling customers and how to behave like a decent human being, but really lacks so many manners that this is probably a pointless task.

needs remodel This is an older motel that desperately needs a remodel or torn down and rebuilt. The rooms were dated and the onsite restaurant were out of numerous items on the menu. There were only two entrances on the long hallway. No elevator.

Outstanding First time I have given 5 stars we just let lucky as it's just been renovated and changed it's name from America's best value inn it is nicely decorated with new carpets and large tv it has everything you need it does not have a microwave the only downside is they still have the old air con which is noisy and they have a hot breakfast it's definitely worth staying there.
