Pretty basic, but value for money! The room was pretty basic but quiet and had a good bed. I had a good sleep here. It was value for money. The pool area is a winner. You have to get acquainted with the neighbourhood; take a walk, and you will find some nice restaurants, bars, and breakfast places. I would go back.

OK place to stay The hotel is a little tired and the room amenities were lacking the usual extras one would expect from a 4 star hotel. The hotel advertises a bar but this is now a bistro and very pricey. Good points... the bed was very comfy the reception team were fantastic and the pool area is nice. Local transport to attractions is good.

Not ideal location and so run down Location wasn't as described as way off walk of fame. Rooms very run down. No tea or coffee. Bath wouldn't empty after shower. Wasnt able to check in until gone 12pm after landing at 7am was a long wait with nothing in the area. Not good after 17 hour flight. Charged for minding our luggage on last day too. On a positive the beds were comfy.

Not That Great The room was sub par and not completely clean. Chipped paint. They charge for extra towels. They also charge for parking even if you don’t even have your car parked there a full day, they still charge the full rate. TV’s don’t even get basic cable. Even Mr upgrade room wasn’t cleaned well. There was no body wash in the dispenser.

Extremely disappointed If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. Our stay was an absolute nightmare. We were assigned a room facing the street which turned out to be unbearably noisy. At least five times throughout the night, police sirens blared, and loud cars sped by, making it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the room had no blackout curtains, so light streamed in all night. Despite being advertised as having double-pane windows for noise reduction, they did little to block out the constant commotion. At one point, I even considered sleeping in my car just to escape the noise. The room itself was far from clean—there was hair everywhere, random stains, and a bed that was both rock-hard and creaky. Hoping for some relief, we contacted the front desk to request a room change, but they claimed to be fully booked and offered no solutions, even on a Tuesday night. From 10 PM to 7 AM, my husband and I barely managed two hours of sleep. This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever experienced, and we will never return.
