The Omni Hotel, DTLA is an excellent place to stay Each year, a few of us from our Boston office travel to Los Angeles to do some business during the summer months. We stayed at two other hotels in the past but, ever since three years ago (2022), we've all been coming back to the Omni because it's the most comfortable and clean hotel in the area, and the staff who work there are all very kind and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. I have honestly never had a less than great interaction with any of the staff who work there, and they work hard. I'm grateful for the ability to do this year over year and am already looking forward to next year's stay.

Couple Trip for Entertainment and Vacation Great hotel for us, quiet enough even though DTLA. Walking distance to restaurants and things to see. All Valet parking but they hustle and are very courteous and friendly. Staff was great, room was comfortable and so was the bed. I would stay again if I return to LA in the future.

Birthday celebration with Dodger baseball We just returned from a trip to LA for my husband's birthday. We stayed at the Omni for the first time. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and very friendly. We came early Sunday from the airport, Charles helped store our luggage and later helped with getting the courtesy car with Robert who was very informative taking us to Olvera Street and Union Station. We enjoyed the jazz brunch with the seafood and champagne. Laura in the club room during happy hour was so nice. We enjoyed the food, and wine and my husband enjoyed the whisky. The morning breakfast in the club room was also tasty. We will stay at Omni in the next city we visit that has one.

Great Location with Amazing Staff Right downtown, within walking distance of the court, city hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Broad, and many other attractions. The staff from the first day to the 29th day I stayed there was top-notch all the way. I can't say enough good things about them. I was able to get great rest, the bed was great and the other amenities made it a suitable place to call home while away from home.

Above & Beyond Everyone was so helpful. Although we did not get the room with 2 beds we still enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for our next trip.
