Room was unstocked, unclean, with non working phone and broken sink. Room was unstocked, unclean, broken phone and sink. Aftet long night of delays at airport, checked in at 1 am. Bathroom sink was not clean and faucet broken. No showe body wash and half bottle of shampoo. Room phone broken, so had to get dressed and walk back to lobby to ask for body wash.

The wireless connection doesn't work Food and parking are expensive. It's LA, so it's expected. But I don't expect the wireless connection problem. It's the system set up issue. I complained to the front desk and they could not do anything.

Run down property and poor food service. The room furniture was worn and stained. Room service never answered the phone, and after I was finally able to order in person the food was super expensive, over cooked, and presented in paper boxes with plastic utensils. Disappointing.

Great ___ Staff were very prompt and polite "hotel location is just perfect , cluse to the airport for an early flight next day . Very clean rooms , comfort bed, big bathrooms . I had a good rest after a long day .

Excellent stay minus some minor things Excellent Hotel and awesome Globalist recognition we loved our suite facing the LAX columns. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only minor issues we encountered are two things one no more Globalist welcome credits to the valet on arrival only allowed us to utilize the service once they confirm that we were using points for the state like what does that have to do with utilizing the valet service, otherwise it was an excellent day special thank to Lora and Eulyces! The valet team too since they made sure our car was brought out timely. Oh we also had excellent service at their market and restaurant :)
