Great hotel! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast definitely worth a try despite being quite expensive if you’re not very hungry and shame there isn’t a general menu to choose from. That said, there’s a Starbucks close by. Would definitely come back.

NIGHTMARE! Double Charged, they could care less. NIGHTMARE, TRIPLE CHARGED!!! Total runaround, refused to resolve MULTIPLE mistakes and double charges. Stated it would take 3 - 5 business days, IFanyone ever contacts me. Emptied my daughters bank account leaving her stranded in LA. Charged me the same charges without authorization. They could care less about resolving this issue. Reported as fraud to two banks!

Great Hotel for USC Visit Great location for USC visit. $40/day parking was unexpected, but normal for LA. Our room was not ready at check in. We had to wait 30 min. Friendly staff, clean room, black out curtains.

Very satified. The location is very good for me since we have classes everyday in the classes in USC. And I like the breakfast the most! Very various and delicious.
