Needs major upkeep - staff and manager not friendly We have been staying at this hotel for years, always one of our favorites! The last two stays over the last couple of years have been bad. This last trip, my husband had to literally help maintenance put plywood under our mattress and turn it around because the mattress was so horrible and concaved, the staff didn’t seem to care about this inconvenience and are not friendly overall, I was not impressed w the Manager Asif, not very engaged, helpful or friendly. it’s sad to see the decline of this beautiful hotel!

Highly Recommend! Hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect for walking to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Helpful and Friendly staff. Overall experience exceeded my expectations.

Great room, great service, helpful staff and smooth check in and out. Was very happy with the booking though their website and the very sympathetic assistance with a refund through a bogus 3rd party called Get a Room.

Unexpected Levels of Luxury From the courteous greeting right until the checkout, everything was superb. This is an absolute diamond and far exceeded my expectations. Elegant rooms with private balconies and views of the stunning property. Location is easy walking distance to the downtown. I will definitely return every chance I get.

Room Had Many Issues Toilet was so low to the ground, it was meant for children! The mirror in the vanity area had been stained permanently on the glass, that it was awful to look at each morning and night Bedding was so heavy it was meant for the winter time and we stayed in July 90+ degrees and did not sleep for the nights we stayed. Annoying vanity area motion light switch that went on with light and loud fan ever time you passed by it, even at 2am in the morning when you DO NOT want to wake up the person your with! Personally, I would not stay there again.
