Newly Renovated Choice Hotels Property I stayed in this recently renovated Comfort Suites near the Louisville airport. I had a business meeting in the area and wanted to be close by. When I checked in I realized that I had stayed in this hotel many years ago. My room was on the first floor and it was the first room near the breakfast area. I discovered that my room was almost brand new as the hotel had undergone a recent renovation. My room was big, spacious and new with modern fixtures and furniture as well as USB ports for charging. The bed was comfortable and the AC/heating unit worked very well. The wifi signal was strong and easy to connect to. The bathroom was bright and clean with a fan on the ceiling that cleared out steam from the shower fairly quickly. If you're staying near the airport, this hotel was reasonably priced and there are restaurants right across the street. The hotel has a laundry room with coin coin-activated washer and dryer. The room is small and has only one of each. Overall a great stay in a newly renovated hotel.

Terrible accommodations in Louisville This is the worst hotel experience l have had and l travel for my company on a monthly basis. Loud noisy staff, banging doors during the day and entering rooms with do not disturb signs posted. Fruit flies everywhere. I was threatened by the general household manager to open my door so they could swap out the fridge. I explained to her that l had an early flight in the morning and they could wait till l checked out to swap the fridge and she persisted . I refused and she threatened to call the police on me! I will never stay here again and will be reporting them to our booking agent to remove them from my company’s preferred list. The company l work for is world wide.

Amazing stay Room was great and comfortable I had a very pleasant experience 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to stay in Louisville conveniently placed right by the airport the breakfast was good but didn’t have very many options still but amazing

The best I’ve stayed at in louisville Ms. Jaunita absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very welcomed and was very professional. Staff was great too. I am definitely coming back whenever I’m in the area. Affordable, comfortable, welcomed!

Great experience in Louisville The hotel was lovely and very clean. Room was spacious and well maintained. Lots of outlets and usb ports. WiFi was very efficient. Breakfast was very good and dining room clean and comfortable. The only drawback was finding the street to actually went to the hotel in busy traffic.
