Awesome I enjoyed my stay. I like the fact that I can walk to many of the area attractions and enjoy the beauty of downtown Louisville.

Darian I visited the Galt House for a government conference. I had to book my room separately due to the block for conference. Darien was the lovely gentleman that checked me in. He was magical in every way. He ensured that I not have to change rooms after the double booking. He remembered my name every single time I saw him. I felt so special and important. That fella is everything! ❤️❤️

Mediocre room, poor housekeeping but nice bar, restaurant. Room was mediocre. No extra amenities like a robe or chair with foot stool. Absolutely no view (window looked out on rising slope roof and could see only small patch of sky). Daily cleaning was extremely poor - they only traded out dirty towels and emptied trash; that was it. They didn’t clean sink or tub or slimy soap dish or leave coffee packet replacements or cups (had to call front desk for those) - and this was after leaving nice tip first morning in hope they’d do a good job. They maybe spent 20 seconds in the room and grabbed the tip. The restaurant, bar, lobby area were very nice and the food was good - that’s only why it’s getting a 3.

Great for groups to meet here. Everything about our stay here was excellent. Plenty of staff to take care of things. Clean everywhere, just not the room. Showers have good pressure and drain well, no standing water. Could use more lights by the mirrors or mirrors nearer to the existing lights. Elevators are fast. They have escalators for the first three floors, so you don't have to wait on an elevator, which isn't very long either.
