Cozy Surprise! The staff were very friendly and quick to respond if we needed anything extra. The hotel manager was hospitable and takes great pride and care of his hotel. It was cutely decorated for Easter so welcoming first impression! The breakfast was good and we did pay the nominal upcharge for the hot breakfast. Our room was newly decorated. We will stay here again!

Consistent Hilton Quality Consistent Hilton quality - Check in was a breeze, the front desk attendant was very helpful and attentive to all of my questions, couldn't have asked for a better check in process. The room was everything I've come to expect from the Hilton brand and check out the following morning was without and surprises or complications. Most certainly will continue to make hilton my number one choice when traveling.

Great value and location nearby Kings Island A very good experience over a few days. The location in the NE area of Cincinnati was excellent off the highway and also a great value for this category of property. A digital key was utilized to circumvent the front desk that worked great! The lobby was beautifully decorated for Fall. Everything was in great condition in the common area. This space also doubles for breakfast. The room was prepared for my arrival and no issues. Everything was properly supplied and in working order. The only negative is that the room is advertised as a double queen, but felt more full size. I utilized both the complimentary continental breakfast and full service omelette station for $13.95. That was eggs, bs on and potatoes. Staff took order and delivered the food. She was really great! Smiled and friendly. Checkout was done on the app. However each time I passed the staff they made eye contact and smiled. A strong overall experience and will likely return.

Not keeping up with the Hilton reputation Hilton has always meant quality and service to us in the past. Unfortunately, our 4 night stay was a disappointment. We had to ask or retrieve for ourselves fresh towels, coffee, cups, and request to have our waste baskets to be emptied. We were surprised that breakfast offered cost 13.99 for nothing more than what is offered by other hotel chains gratis. The highlight was when I needed to print out our boarding passes; Raven went above and beyond and handled it for us and delivered the passes to our room. All personnel were courteous but gave many excuses to our simple requests. The room was clean on our arrival but there was absolutely no room care for our 4 night stay. Location was very convenient for our visit to the area.

Nice quiet location Definitely will be book when visiting my family nice location close to everything clean nice and worth every dime. Needed nothing to add to our stay everything was available in the hotel at our reach and more.
