Perfect location for meetings at the Conveniton Center Clean, comfortable room...easy walk to the Convention Center. Staffing was a bit of an issue as there was only one person working in the restaurant. Variety of food for meals was average. If you're staying more than a couple of days, it is a challenge. Guest rooms were clean, comfortable bed.

Outstanding Customer Service with Clean Quiet Rooms This was the perfect location to host our training. Every encounter with staff here has been positive. The customer service here is outstanding. The rooms are clean and quiet and the entire place is super clean. It is in a great location and close to the airport and restaurants. Their breakfast is great.

Gem of a Hotel I feel very lucky to have ended up staying at the MCM Elegante. I booked this hotel for a conference at the convention center and was worried at first. I had booked late, and the other event hotels were full. My stay ended up being wonderfully beyond my expectations. First, it is across the street from the convention center, so extremely convenient without a car. Second, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time and was offered coffee while I waited. I was able to have a nice lunch in the on-site restaurant and safely stored my luggage until my room was ready. I travel a lot, and this hotel offered the best shuttle service I've experienced. I was not only provided free and quick transport to and from the airport, but I was also offered transportation to and from the Texas Tech campus for a scheduled event that I was attending at the university. Lastly, everything was clean and comfortable. The rooms are huge compared to many other hotels and well kept. I would no doubt stay here again if in Lubbock.

Very good place to stay! The MCM Elegante in Lubbock was a very good place to stay! Easy to locate, close to theaters and other event locations. A very nice free breakfast with made to order omelets upon request in a tucked away room with plenty of seating. Staff was welcoming and ready to help with any needs. They offer nice rooms and also have suites available if you want something special. We will surely return when in town!

Helpful After a 16 hr drive we arrived very early to our check in time. They found us a room and let us check in early so we could rest. That was huge to me. Everything else was fine and we were happy. If ever back in this area again we will stay here.
