OK but room for improvement Wanted to stay here for years and finally made it. They have put some $$$ into this place. Most of it seemed to be newly gone thru. Large parking lot. Good electronic door system. You felt safe here. Turning on the television was a nightmare—somebody got took getting that system. We stay in probably 50 motels per year and this was the worst!! Slept well. Room was rather large. Breakfast was disappointing. View choices, uninspired food—with the price we paid you can do better than that.

Best place to bring your dog. We’ve stayed here a few times over the years. We bring our dog so she can go swimming at the nearby beaches. They have a small fenced in area. Just pick up after them. Convenient to downtown with lots of nearby stores to pick up essentials. Well maintained is a plus.

Poor and dirty This hotel is losing its special touch. Our room smelled like stinky feet. Bathroom floors were dirty. Pool and hot tub was dirty. Little ants eating food off the floor. Marijuana smelled thru the whole 2nd floor. Not a good experience _. Don't think we will be returning. Beds were hard and pillows went fluffy to flat.

Needs to be updated, but ok. The hotel itself was ok. The staff was very friendly. However, the shower curtain in the bathroom had that horrible dirty dishrag smell. The bed was very hard and felt like you were sleeping on concrete. Overall we would return. It’s in a good location and Ludington is a very nice town.

Much better than I expected I was unsure if I’d like our stay here at this hotel in Ludington but it was much better than I expected. Ludington is always a great place to spend a summer day if you like spending time at a beach. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day at the beach and that was the reason we went way out of our way to stop here. Our hotel room, #135 was large and comfortable, the drain in the tub needs to be snaked. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The jets on the hot tub are very weak and the filter needs to be improved as the surface of the water looks to be covered with stuff that should be filtered out. The breakfast was about average. I’d say there was little for us to find fault with and would stay here again.
