Highly recommend this Had a great stay here! Got a nice big room in the old part of the hotel. Only downside was there was no elevator, but we didn’t have too much to carry. Thankful for the AC since it was 31 degrees C outside. Did not try the breakfast buffet but it looked nice.

Historic outlook Stayed here on the recommendation of a company I work with locally, it's very impressive, especially with all the Christmas lights across the Mill and weir. Clean and comfy room, quiet despite proximity to the lift.
Some cute door hangers, the hotel is pet friendly, so you can warn housekeeping about wild animals in the room.
Bit of a satnav nightmare, and my friend nearly got a parking ticket, so beware signs which arent obvious in the dark and wet.

After service disgraceful Can’t get through on the phone, cut you off, don’t reply to emails, I was supposed to get an invoice, partial refund and charged the wrong card, can’t get it sorted because you can’t speak to anyone and they ignore your emails.

Perfect and top class service. This Hotel staff deliver the best service, and will solve any what so ever wish you might have without delay and to our great satisfaction. This is top class, rooms, food, service, cleaning, staff, surroundings yes everything is just perfect.
We will be back for sure and send our best regards to The Boss, Hans, for some beautiful days and extreme service from day one until departure .

Centrally located in the old part of the city A very nice hotel, with very good service. The rooms are divided into several buildings, but they are in very close walking distance from each other. We got so lucky that we had a suite in the newer part of the hotel on the fifth floor. Very nice room, with two baths, room bar and WiFi. Paid parking in closed area or in the parking cellar. The parking cellar was very tight as it was lots of cars there.
Easy access to the old city from this hotel.
