Traveling The staff at the Best Western Lumberton Hotel, where friendly and helpful and ask if we needed any thing. The rooms where clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with several options from eggs to ceral. All and al it was a nice stay.

Good experience Great room. Extremely clean.. area depressed and lots of construction. Pet friendly. The hotel working hard to keep things in top shape. Some of the best breakfast coffee I've had in a hotel. Highly recommend if staying in that area. Really great mattresses. Hot shower.

Nice Room but… The room in this hotel was large, clean, and had comfortable furnishings. However many rooms of the other guests were pretty sketchy sorts. Breakfast had lots of options but the attendant struggled to keep food from running out. Also they were out of napkins.

Would stay here again! Affordable with updated and CLEAN rooms!! Good and well stocked breakfasts. Friendly front desk staff! The only complaint we had are the beds do not have fitted sheets which bugs the heck out of me!!

Will not stay there again There was a kitchenette in the room, but there were no household items such as dish detergent, silverware, etc. to use during the stay. The selection of items on the breakfast bar were slim; the bananas were brown. After checkout, I found an additional charge for $114.77 on my credit card statement from Best Western. The room was booked on Hotels.com, so I received a charge from them also. The charge from Best Western resulted in a call to them; it was explained as an incidental pre-charge when my credit card was swiped during check-in. The charge was not removed at check-out. Because of this inconvenience, I’m not sure if another booking or referral to stay there would happen.
