Not Grand We arrived in 30 degree weather to no heat on in the room. It felt like walking into a freezer. We turned it on (ancient unit) and returned several hours later. The room was barely warm. There was no heat in the bathroom, so I quickly learned what the phrase ‘freezing my a$$ off’ meant. This place may have been grand in its day, but no longer. It needs a serious upgrade.

Trip to visit grandkids and go to the theater We have stayed at the Lynchburg Grand Hotel multiple times. We go to Lynchburg to see our grandkids in plays. The Lynchburg Academy of the Arts is across the street from the hotel so it is the perfect place to stay. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to for anyone visiting the Lynchburg area. The staff are professional but friendly.

Excellent and amazing I love the service the people where nice and they made you feel at home. It was like family there. I would suggest this hotel to any and everyone that wants to get good service and be in a great atmosphere. This was the best hotel I ever stayed in ever thank you all for the amazing stay!!!

Worst stay in my 72 years of traveling This was the worst hotel I have ever been to.we were a really things broken one handicap access roll in shower I had to change my room for someone else she was in the worst shape. Then the next room the toilet got clogged and the manager said i was at fault

Step you your game. Carpet in room is filthy. Use Dawn and scrub brush to clean spots on floor then shampoo entire floor. Dust and clean corners, tables, lamps and everything. Defrost freeze. And more outlets . Should never have ,three extension strips loaded . This could cause a fire. Staff was courteous. Elvis was a very big help.
