Perfect Place to Stay for A Liberty University Visit! This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Liberty University. It is conveniently located near Liberty University. The staff are warm and welcoming. During Liberty graduation , they had a balloon decorator create a lovely backdrop for our photos as we left for our ceremonies. When we returned in the evening, we were greeted with delicious, warm cookies at the check-in desk! This is a boutique hotel with a very caring ethos. The rooms are large and very clean. The morning breakfasts are tasty and very expansive. Requests ( extra towels) are cheerfully honored. The facilities are lovely and the indoor pool looks inviting.

Loved this hotel This newly renovated hotel was so clean, cheery, and. welcoming . The room was large, had iron and board, fridge, microwave and coffee maker, plus lots of USB ports . There are 2 sinks in the room, one in toilet and shower room, the other outside. Bed was comfortable, nice big television. However, there was only one mirror(in the bathroom ). The pool looked so inviting. The breakfast was more than expected. The chef obviously takes pride in his food and presentation. That morning, he made a special French toast. I liked that there was lots of fruit.

Do not leave the room with any belongings on anything unattended for any reason, even if you are staying on the premises Hotel hires unsavory characters and THIEVES. Then protects the thief after telling you to call the police, Which we did and waited over 2.5 hours as it was a non emergency issue. The staff then yelled at us for asking them to check the cameras and told the officers to remove us from the premises. Long story short. Over $1200 stolen from our dresser from the time I walked down to request towels , wait for a response from housekeeping to the front desk where i was waiting.. then back up to our room 3-5 minutes tops. Someone went in dropped off the towels in the main guestroom bedroom bathroom in the executive suite. Took my hubs money which was on the nightstand with his pocket knife wallet, and personal effects. There is NO SAFE in their rooms,, nor do the phones work. So you have to go to the front desk for any request. We were not leaving the hotel but only left the room to request items and come back to the staff already entering our room unapproved and stealing his money.

A pleasant stay pushing 4star amenities The entrance looks nothing like the inside. Needing outside appeal, this hotel has the ability to be beautiful both inside and in. Upon entering....attractive. The paint on the walls is attractive in its mint green and white, quite lovely. The front desk staff were all pleasant and professional. We were given room #501. The walk there was filled with a beautiful ambiance. The room was clean and attractive. The fixtures are attractively dark. The bed slept well. Great lighting. Outside window view was the roof only, not attractive. Breakfast was included with the stay. They had a chef making omelets, and the guest did self prepared Waffles. Tea and coffee options were available. Oj and water were the cold option. There is an indoor pool that has attractive seating. The pool area closed at 10 pm. Lovely stay that is boarding 4 star amenities.

Resort-level experience for a hotel price. My family and I stayed at the Bella Vista for the first time and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. It was a long drive from Florida and we were so welcomed by Linda when we got there. It was like being greeted by family and good friends. She was so friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel room and amenities were immaculate. There was jazz playing softly as we approached the front doors walking on the cobblestone drive. I was very impressed with the size of the room and how clean it was. The indoor pool was very clean and well maintained but was a little cold, so we decided to get some exercise on the treadmills for a while. The next morning we had a great breakfast and a kind gentleman made me an omelet while having some good conversation. The Bella Vista truly had more of a “resort” feel than a hotel. It’s somewhere I didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. We saw Linda the night before we left as we were walking through the lobby and talked for a while. She made us promise to call the next day when we got back to Florida to let her know we made it back safe (and we did). As great as the facilities and room were, the entire staff (and certainly Linda!) were truly the stars of the trip for us. We will DEFINITELY be back to the Bella Vista every time we stay in Lynchburg!
