Delta Mess Gamechanger!!! We got stuck in the Delta circle of h**l while trying to get home to Hawaii. No hotel rooms available near Sea Tac airport, but this one was recommended. They were so welcoming. Only con: wish our stay was longer. Spacious, quiet, great bed, restaurant, and staff went out of their way to help us be equipped when we checked in late at night without our bags. Thank you!

Typical Embassy Suites experience, helpful staff, no complaints. Stayed there with family of 4. It is a nice hotel, spacious atrium and staff was helpful. It is a typical Embassy Suites experience with morning breakfast, happy hour and room split between living room in front and bedroom in back. We were on the 5th floor and despite facing the highway, the room was very quiet. I will book again next time I stay in the area.

Horrible, just horrible I have stayed at many Embassy Suites, but this was by far the worst. I paid nearly $300/night for a nasty rundown room. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was about to burst, the wallpaper in the room was literally coming off the wall, the AC didn’t work, and the smell coming from the couch smelled of a dead animal. Now on to the Cascades manager and the absurd “policy” that we couldn’t bring outside food or drinks to the hundred tables that they have down there to eat dinner as a family at the table. We were asked to leave by a kind server as the manager stared. I took photos later to show other families openly eating outside food and when I approached the manager, he wanted ME to point them out so he could approach them. I told him I would do no such thing, that he could ruin their dinner like he did ours and do his own job. I have attached photos of all the issues I have with this location. For the price, stay at a Marriott, way better service and rooms.

No benefit for members with status - apathetic front desk I booked a stay here with my Hilton Gold status. Did not honor my status, I was not able to get a late checkout even thought the hotel was around 55% occupancy - so they had availability but refused the perk of a member status. What a waste of time. The other major brand is much better about this.

Happy Hour Included! - February 2024 Stayed here for a week. Parking is sufficient. There is an enclosed, but open air interior that makes this place seem quite spacious. Guests are given two happy hour drinks per day (limited choices). They also provide complimentary appetizers during happy hour. There’s plenty of room to sit and enjoy yourself. There’s also a few big screen monitors to enjoy. My room was nice room with a separate living area. AC unit leaked a few drops of water on the floor but nothing bothersom. Now my tub was clogged a little bit, but they fixed it immediately. Now the staff was nice and helpful every time I spoke with them. No objections to staying here again if the price is reasonable.
