Thank you Chad Anthony Dankins! Chad-Anthony Dankins is a wonderful asset to the Best Western Pluss Dockside, Machinaw City. During our breakfast, he was very helpful with our grandkids even running after us when one of them left an item behind. You don't find many employees willing to go out of their way to be of assistance. Much appreciated!

No microwave, no coffee, stir sticks, sugar/creamer. Had fridge, water left in ice bucket on arrival, no microwave. Pros: Location is great, had a fridge, balcony facing the water, room was plenty big enough. Room was clean. Cons: No microwave, ice bucket had water in it from the previous guests when we arrived, breakfast ends at 9:00am. (a little early), no coffee, spoons, stir sticks, sugar, creamer, (had to go to the office to get it).

Breakfast was very good, and your gentleman handling the bar was superior, Chad Anthony Dawkins. He made sure we had everythi Chad Anthony Dawkins was absolutely wonderful in the breakfast room. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating. It's not very often you find young men that work in the food industry at a hotel that cares about the people.

Breakfast host The breakfast host Chad Anthony Dawkins was so helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and tidy. And he was smiling and happy to help. A great way to begin the day here. Chad Anthony Dawkins was a joy! __

DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT STAY HERE. At first, we thought this hotel was very nice. After about five minutes we saw ants. There were ants crawling all over the bathroom counter. We then went to bed and forgot about the ants. Once we got up, we saw bed bugs. I went and showed the front desk and they did NOTHING about it. They did not even apologize. I called the manager and he was VERY rude. After finding dozens of reported bed bugs for this hotel, we knew they came from this hotel. They tried to lie and deny they didn’t. They did not give us even a small refund or a voucher. Terrible service and terrible place for this price.
