The jacuzzi was a disappointment. This place is a motel and not a hotel. I picked this hotel explicitly for the jacuzzi and it was just like warm and that was a bummer being that it is feature prominently on the webpage. The room was clean and fine for one night, but the motel is right off a major highway so it is not quiet.

Good experience, good breakfast The room was very comfortable. Decent and well maintained…!! We booked two queen size bed, it was enough for 4 adults. Washroom was also maintained well. Good stay after a long travel. The staffs were very friendly. Decent breakfast, and Nelly took care of us very well.

Comfortable/needs updates My stay was comfortable but needs a few things updated. Employees were helpful and friendly. Breakfast needs to cook their eggs more and keep food much hotter. More fresh fruit needs to be offered. Location was convenient. Not too far off the highway.

Avoid at all costs I wouldn’t even give this hotel 1 star but I have to to leave a review. We booked the hotel on Expedia. When we arrived, they told us other people had come so they sold our room to them. At 11pm at night. But thank God because the neighborhood is not safe. We couldn’t even enter the hotel because they had a security box we had to stand in to talk to the front desk. Creepy and a godsend that we didn’t have to stay here.

Would Not Stay Here Again The hotel is run down, there was a large stain on the furniture in the room we stayed in. The room smelled moldy. Breakfast was very disappointing. There was no one in the breakfast area to help or respond to our needs. There were no eggs and the variety was sub standard for a Best Western Hotel. The beds were at least comfortable in the room and it was fairly clean. I would not stay here again.
