Find another decent place to stay Managers and Staffs My visit was not very pleasant. Please help update the rooms better. The walls are dirty, carpet needs replacing, the smell is horrible, Murphy beds, customer service hours are not accessible 11am - 7pm. Kitchen is not clean and pest problems as well. I reserved a non-smoking room and yet, the room smells like a smoking room the entire time I stay. I informed the receptionist and she was not very professional about it either. All she did was went to the room and sprayed it with some air freshener. I was planning to leave the next day, but found out that there's no refund if I stay less than the purchased period of stay. Returning customers are the keys to your success. You might not care, but you will loose some good customers. I will not be returning as one of your future customers. Your place is not family oriented and needs some major updates.

Will NEVER stay again Nasty, dogs barking all night, people arguing, yelling, kids running up and down the hall, old furniture, nasty carpet, nasty bathroom, beds were very soft, pillows dirty. Everything was nasty. We stayed here because we had no where else to stay. All the hotels were booked. Toilet would clog. Front desk gave us a plunger so we had to use it ourselves. Front desk didn't seem to care about our visit. Never again!!!

A nightmare of a place... My sister & I stayed at this facility in 2015 for CMA Festival week. We chose it months in advance because of the location near the downtown area & the fact that we could cook our own meals during our stay. We get to the hotel only to discover that there were NO dishes, cookware, silverware, toaster, or coffee maker. The cupboards all had missing knobs, as did the dresser. The floor was greasy feeling. The toilet had such low pressure, we had to get a plunger from the front desk. You had to request extra toilet paper at the front desk. No housekeeping during our stay since we stayed 6 nights & not 7. We took the hotel towels to the laundromat with us. Bedding was clean but stained. Blankets had tears in them. Very, very noisy. Guests were allowed to party in the lobby, children were not supervised by adults, & there were dogs barking in the hallways at all hours. Seems like hotel is used for Section 8 housing. Had to haul our own trash out to the dumpsters. Didn't see any BBQ area, as noted on the website. Front desk closed each evening by 10pm, so there was no one available to handle any complaints. Would NEVER stay there again. Wrote a letter of complaint in 2015 (and included photos of our room!) to the home office in Florida & sent a copy to the hotel Manager on Myatt Drive. Ten months later - still no response.

Horrible place do not stay here! From the outside this looks like a decent place to stay but once you go inside the halls smell like an ashtray and there are kids running around and very loud people are living there...in our room looked nasty and there was trash still in there my wife and I drove here after work for a little vacation and we checked in a little before 7 on a Friday night we got to our room which was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke we decided we weren't staying there so we went back down to the lobby to cancel they were already closed at 7 on a Friday!! So we finally got a new place to stay and we call Expedia and they were wonderful about giving us a refund and were very helpful but when it came to the staff at crest wood they were very rude and not helpful at all and they charged us with a room anyways and refused to refund us for the full stay I will never stay here again and never recommend this place to anyone!

Disgusting Place, Rude Staff, Sketchy Area I booked this place last minute after almost falling for a craigslist scam. I had not read the reviews until it was too late. The negative reviews are spot on and some are not as brutal as they should be. When I checked into the hotel, the desk clerk was standing a foot in front of the entrance smoking a cigarette. She greeted me with a warm "What do you need?". They gave me a room that someone was already in. The room was trashed. When I went to go inform the front desk, she was yacking on her phone and did not have the courtesy to put it down when i told her the situation. She did not apologize and just gave me a key to another room. After walking down a hallway that barely had 2 lights, I found my room marked by a sticky note with the room number on it. I walked in and immediately noticed junk all over the walls, stains on the carpet, cumbs on the carpet, and a fridge with dents all over the door. The key slot for the room was held together by scotch tape. The carpet looked like it had barely been vaccumed. The toilet was not clean. The bath tub had mold all over it. It was obvious the "cleaning staff" does not pay attention to detail and only spot cleans. I slept above the sheets, fully clothed, every night and had to buy another pillow since they provide only a plastic one and one that has out-lived its use. I called the front desk to request an iron and they informed me they did not have irons. What kind of hotel doesnt have an iron? especially an extended stay "aimed" towards business travelers? The coach is a very cheap leather that almost feels plastic. The stove top was not cleaned, nor was the hood above it. The only good thing about this place is the towels are decent and it has a hair dryer. At all costs, DO NOT STAY HERE. I had the feeling i was one of the very few people who was staying there for business. Also, when i checked in, I asked the clerk where the nearest grovery store and she had absolutely no idea. You would expect an employee of an extended stay to know where a nearby grocery store is. Its a miracle this place is still in bussiness and has not been shut down for health or safety concerns.
