Great business stay My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was excellent - the room was very comfortable - with the bonus of a daybed that was much more useful than a fold out couch. The staff was excellent as well, friendly, flexible, and more than willing to go the extra mile arranging my transportation after the shuttle had left for my meetings - the manager ended up driving me over to campus! You can't beat the warm cookies offered when you check in or whenever requested! I will be glad to stay here again when I am in Madison.

Great drinks and service Downtown for an event and weather was bad so stopped in here for cocktails and appetizer to get out of the rain. We took seats at the bar and had really great drinks — mine was something fabulous with pomegranate. We ordered food and hung out for a couple of hours because it was such a nice vibe. Great service from PATRICK at the bar who offered food and drink suggestions, made yummy concoctions and was super friendly. Plan to return for dinner sometime.

Great choice in downtown Madison! Really impressed with this hotel. Diamond member here and have to admit typically doubletree is not my top choice. This property went beyond expectations and is awesome! rooms are beautiful. Nice bar. great location. nice shuttle service to near by restaurants. Will be back

Solid hotel with friendly helpful staff This hotel has everything you could want for a great stay. Pleasant staff, clean spacious rooms, microwave/fridge in room, central location and who could forget the warm cookies? Also really appreciated the shuttle service to the airport which is offered at few hotels these days. I’d like to give a special shout out to Sandra in the restaurant who provided grade A++ service in the mornings during my stay. Looking forward to coming back!

Highly recommend! We have stayed in this hotel several times over the course of the last few years while our son has attended the University of Wisconsin. The staff are courteous and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The hotel is very clean. Feels like home!
