Flagship Hampton Inn Property Great property. Right in the middle of Madison, with an easy walk to UW campus, the state capital complex, Mansion Hill, and various parks. Room was outstanding. Property is modern and clean. Good breakfast. Friendly and professional staff. Accommodating with pets. We loved this place.

Beware if you book thru a third party site We always stay here when visiting our son who goes to UW Madison. Very nice rooms, clean hotel, professional staff, great breakfast and close to everything. I have never had any complaints… until now. I have a credit card that I use for points. I had enough points to get my stay for free. If I heard it once, I heard it 5 times from employees saying because I booked thru a third party site I couldn’t check in till 3 or later. When I finally was able to check in they said it again, I booked thru a third party …. If Hampton does not want to be a part of the rewards program they should opt out. I should not feel like a second class citizen simply because I earned enough points in a program that they are part of and decided to cash them in. Left a bad vibe with us ….. Just wanted others to be aware so they don’t have to feel this way

Deceptive pricing!! We made a reservation but when checking in the cost for the night was $20. higher and parking for one night was $25. No mention of this parking fee was made when we made the reservation or when we checked in. Shocked when we got the final bill through email. Never again will we stay here!!

Wonderful I wasn’t sure where to stay as I had never been to Madison, WI. After comparing amenities & reviews, I chose the Hampton Inn. I was happy there! The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was perfect! There’s a very nice area to eat and relax with a fireplace and newspapers. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel has good friend and great happy hour specials! This hotel is within walking distance of so many places! Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations! Great location. Easy walk to restaurants, the University, the Capitol building, and Museum of Contemporary Art. Room was nice enough. The breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn fare. Parking was convenient. Staff was very friendly. If I am ever back in Madison, would stay here again.
