Great price, perfect room Excellent price, great breakfast, and clean rooms. The hotel is renovating and all the rooms are completely refurbished with new showers, sinks, flooring, and beds. The shower was hot and the stream from the shower-head was awesome. My husband even commented that he wanted to buy one of the shower-heads. My in-laws traveled with us and their room was equally as nice. They complimented the bed’s comfort.

A nice budget-friendly Hotel. Nice hotel not as good as pictured. However they are remodeling all the rooms here which is really nice. However I did not understand in my room which was number 230. In such a pretty remodeled room they had such a ugly chair , and a bad closet door. However the mattress was brand new and was hard as all get out. If you don't like hard mattresses, this place might not be for you. Everything's new and they went for super hard mattresses. They also had new lumpy pillows that I've used at other Choice Hotels. I think Choice Hotels in general needs to ditch those pillows and get firmer ones. Everyone on the staff here was very nice to me I'll give them a great customer service rating five stars. The indoor pool and hot tub was not as great as it looked on the pictures. The pool has a shallow in that makes it hard to do laps. The hot tub is good but needs better Jets to make it a better experience. I believe that hot tub could be a little bit hotter also. I believe they've got a good redo going on as far as the rooms. Cleanliness seem to be another thing that was good at this hotel. I will stay here again just be mindful it's not like the pictures. God Bless America.

Above Average Overall average. Clean and bright. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Teddy. The elevator was very small. Two people and luggage filled it up. But it was recently inspected and was smooth and quiet. (I hate noisy elevators). Also small was the breakfast area. Maximum of 14 people seating. And this being Maggie Valley in Fall it was full. People had to eat in the lobby or hallway. Breakfast was Ok, nothing special. Coffee was old. The lobby has a small area to buy supplies. Room cleaning was upon request. No room safe, and a very weak shower stream. Bathroom small, the sink was actually outside the bathroom. For the Fall leaves event the place was full of mostly senior citizens, which meant friendly and quiet people! Loved it! Location was great, close to the national park and to the restaurants and shops of Maggie Valley.

Great stay! Excellent stay on the south side of the Smokies. Visited on a Tuesday mid-June and town was pretty quiet and several restaurants were unfortunately closed. Hotel desk staff was very nice and helped with recommendations. The room was clean and we enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted good. We would definitely return!

Nice stay We are snowbirds & wanted to spend a few days riding our trike around the mountains on our way back north, this was one of 3 places that listed a hot tub and the fact it was listed indoors was a plus 4 us. Upon check in, Asia was working the front desk very polite and professional. We were concerned about parking since we Had a large truck and trailer since it was a week night they had room for us to take up several places, however, we had to wait till some vehicles left to get out. But they are in the process of expanding the parking lot. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare, we opted to go to local restaurant. Bottom line, we were comfortable enough that we added another night stay & they were very accomidating. Would stay here again
