Extremely loud road noise - stay elsewhere Hotel is built along an extremely noisy highway! At 1 AM I went down to the front desk to get relocated due to road noise. The desk clerk asked me to come back in one hour (2 AM) because she was locked out of their computer. Eventually, I returned back and was moved to a room on the opposite side of the property. I could still hear road noise, but it was not significant enough to disrupt my rest. I complained the following morning about the situation, mainly because I wasn’t helped at 1 AM and was asked to return at 2 AM. The manager was supposed to compensate me with points for the situation but as of now, two weeks later, no points were deposited in my account. I wouldn’t recommend saying here due to road noise.

BITTERSWEET STAY AT THIS PROPERTY - ROOM WAS DECENT Given both wrong keys which locked us out of our outside entrance and room. Back to lobby for new keys. Very much inconvenienced. 1:00 am awakened by children playing and running in hallways. NO SLEEP

Fun, safe It was the most comfortable I’ve felt in a hotel & ive seen quite a bit of hotels. Overall the experience was great. However Allison at the bar is the most courteous & stood out for me the most throughout this experience that I hope to come back again. Not only that but Cynthia discounted our room rate due to the length of time we would occupy the hotel which helped a lot. I will only Speak on the positives cause overall it felt really good fun & safe. For the most part it felt like home. Thank you see you soon I hope _

Drug pipe and container found under the mattress! We got to the hotel and had high hopes. It looked very clean and the young gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to let us check in early. We were given a King room on the first floor (room 101). My boyfriend and I were in the area for a graduation party and just needed a place to stay for the night. As we got into the room, it looked clean. There was a full bathroom, a king size bed, a desk, tv and sliding glass door. Wherever we stay, we make sure to check the bed for bugs. You can never be too safe. As my boyfriend was checking the bed, he lifted up the mattress and underneath was a pipe, a jar, and a pen. This was shocking to us. We did not look in the jar since we did not know what was in it. As soon as we saw that, we felt unsafe in that room. We were confused why a housekeeper did not see it while making the bed since we only lifted the mattress up a little bit. We didn’t want to cause a scene and just wanted to switch rooms (again since it was clean up until that). We went back out to the front desk and told the employee what we found. He would have told us that a construction worker was in that room for a while staying there. He did not seemed shocked about it at all, which was questionable. At this time, my boyfriend and I were already late to the party. The front desk employee promised us that we will be able to have a new room when we returned later that evening. At that moment, there was no extra rooms cleaned. He wrote a note for the employee coming in because he was leaving at 3. He told us to keep our keys. I informed him that we will take our bags with us that was they can go in and dispose of the items. We returned later (around 6:30 pm). There was a new front desk employee. We told her our situation and she would have informed us that there were no extra rooms available. My boyfriend and I did not feel safe in the room with the pipe. Again, she did not seemed concerned about what was found in the room. She did allow me to have a full refund. We decided it was best for us to leave. I am upset that this was not taken seriously and that we did not receive a room that we were promised. I will attach a photo of what we found.

Rude service Room was fine - but the was a spider web with a dead spider in the bathroom. Also, no extra sheets for the spare bed. Biggest issue was getting a coffee. No price/nothing mentioned on coffee being charged. As I was leaving a woman rudely told me it was not free. I asked about where the price was marked. She acknowledged it wasn’t but demanded I pay. Oh well.
