An amazing experience Stayed here for a family wedding and we got spoiled by Sheraton! Not only were the rooms prestige and clean, they were accommodating in every way possible. We have attended 2 weddings here and they keep on getting better and better at their service!

It was a great experience! My family and I stayed here for three days, and the experience was phenomenal. The ambiance and atmosphere of the hotel was nice, but what we enjoyed the most was the last exceptional views from the bedroom and elevator windows. And lastly I’d like to mention Stella at the reception who was kind and helpful and made our stay even better!

Torture place. Can't even get some water. Think twice In the middle of a 4 night stay. Went downstairs to get water. There is no room service. There is no restaurant. The bar is only open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings. There are vending machines that only accept $1 bills. No credit cards. The ATM spits out $20 bills. Half the vending machines are broken. The woman at the desk says she can't make change because they have no cash. I am covered in bites on my legs and arms which I think is probably bed bugs but i suppose could be mosquitoes. What a squalid place this is.

Great stay Had a great stay at Sheraton Mahwah at a friends wedding. Everything went so smooth and the service was great. Laura was really helpful with everything. Very picturesque scenery and close to all the major highways.
