Perfectly nice for a short break. A very beautiful, enclosed building and location. Staff pleasant and helpful, although we felt reception staff could be more welcoming and helpful. Room was large but with both windows overlooking a roof and no view (is this reserved for those with dogs?) Bathroom small, with a circular corner shower which was ridiculously small: not enough room to out your arms either side of your head to lather your hair!! Garden small so went elsewhere for dog walking. Outside terrace in the sun was lovely. Michelin starred restaurant was excellent quality and the staff were very knowledgeable. Spa was ok and pool/pool terrace nice for a spot of relaxation/sunbathing. Staff were very accommodating: set up the cinema so that we/my husband could watch the football final in their cinema room (and we were the only ones watching!)

A wonderful stay. We stayed last week and found Whatley Manor to be a most impressive hotel. The staff were helpful and the rooms would be hard to beat. We have nothing but praise for the facilities and the spa was one of the best. We will be returning soon. We would like to particularly mention Vicky on reception who was very helpful as my wife is a little disabled and needed some assistance.

Beautiful stay in the Cotswolds. First class stay in a first class hotel.
Our package included a tasting menu dinner on the Saturday night.
We were upgraded in our room at check in, and found the room to be elegant and spacious, with excellent facilities (including a half bottle of English sparkling wine) and huge, very comfortable bed.
The tasting menu was amongst the nicest we've ever enjoyed and the table service was unbeatable! (Comparable to 'Hospital Road' and 'Midsummer House') As i said service was Dubai standard with restaurant manager Claire deserving particular mention!
Gardens are gorgeous, with plenty to see in the local area.
We didn't use the spa but the pool looked very nice.
Quite expensive but very very nice!

Super attention to the details. Afternoon Tea (with sparkling wine) as a Birthday gift from friends.
Faultless professional service from all staff that also managed to be friendly and welcoming.
The Tea was excellent, the hotel wonderful and a short walk around the exquisite gardens a real treat.
We left totally relaxed and would certainly recommend a visit to anyone.

Loved our stay We absolutely loved our stay at the Whatley Manor. The whole experience was more than expected. The atmosphere and service is something very special. The food was excellent as well and spa was very relaxing after a long day. We would have loved to stay longer.
