Not great for disabled guest Overall, the room was very comfortable. We loved the balcony and the view of the mountains--BEAUTIFUL. Having the kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee maker (with coffee grounds and powdered creamer/sugar) was very nice. However, the one downside was where my ADA room was located. It was the farthest room away from the elevator. It was a VERY LONG WALK for a DISABLED person to make. I only had my cane, but I really needed my walker to make the long journey to and from the room to the lobby & parking garage.

Dated and run down Have to agree with a previous review the property is very dated & is in need of a refurb . It is more suited to the winter as it’s a ski resort , we stupidly didn’t query if there was air con it was very uncomfortable in July trying to sleep. They did provide one fan which we didn’t use due to noise . There isn’t a bar to buy a drink or any type of vending machine here . Thankfully we were only here for one night and that was enough

Stay away from here during the summer! No A/C I stayed at Juniper Springs Lodge over the 4th of July weekend, and I regret my decision. This lodge is clearly designed for winter stays, with ski lifts conveniently located next to the hotel and features tailored for cold weather. However, in the summer heat, it was unbearable. The lodge is old and rundown. The carpets are falling apart, the refrigerator compressor is extremely loud, and the furniture is chipped and scratched. Worst of all, there is no air conditioning, and the room stayed hot through the night. The windows barely open, and there are so many mosquitoes that we couldn't open the patio door. Our room overlooked the lift tent and equipment alley, which produced a constant humming sound. Additionally, the location is 1 mile away from town, where all the restaurants and activities are. It is unfair to accept summer reservations without disclosing these details. I would not recommend staying here in the summer. Very disappointing 4th of July experience.

Wonderful 5 star resort 5 star resort. We had a very comfortable one bedroom condo with a spectacular mountian view. The front desk staff Naomy, Lannie and Mario were very friendly and professional- they listened to our concerns. They greeted guests warmly as we walked by during our stay. Maid service was very efficient. Each unit is individually owned and decorated. Our room had big bed pillows, fluffy towels, shampoo and body wash bottles, complimentary terry robes, pool towels, lotion, dish soap, full set of cook ware, fireplace, patio.. 3 outdoor hot tubs, pool, gift shop, underground parking. * only draw back was that the hallways are very long due to one elevator location. - it's a good distance to carry luggage and groceries. We went in the summer, but noticed that you could rent skis and get on a ski lift right next door to the property.

Nice stay Beautiful place to stay, clean, and convenient to anywhere in town. The staff are nice and helpful. Check-in and out was quick. Naomy and Lannie are super customer service. We love the spa and pool outdoors, there were closed most of the activities nearby were because of the weather, but we enjoyed our stay for a couple of days getaway.
