Recommend this hotel! The hotel is in a great location. Great customer service from check in, house cleaner, and workers in the restaurant. Hotel was very clean and very quiet. We only had dinner and it was delicious. Recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I visit the area.

Nice hotel but no IHG status benefits given We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The hotel is very nice, location is right by Long Beach Island. The pool is fun for the kids. Rooms are standard. The issue is that they will not honor any benefits for IHG status. No breakfast or snack or drink benefits. No upgrades, even if a room is available. No late check-out, even if there is availability. Instead of a late check-out, you're offered to book and pay for another night if you want to stay later than the 11AM check-out time. Even if it's just till 2PM, you will be denied. The offer means there is availability for a late check out, but instead of giving it as a benefit of Diamond Elite status they expect you to pay. Would you pay for a benefit that you should be getting for free as part of the status you earned with IHG? I think the hotel should consider leaving the Holiday Inn Brand if they are not wiling to give IHG benefits to it's members.

An average hotel with an attractive lobby, but no breakfast….what??? We stayed at this hotel during a death in the family in this area. The lobby was very attractive and check in was easy. Our room was ok but the furniture looked pretty cheap. The bathroom has a door, that when open, blocks egress from the room - not a good design. My main problem was that they don’t serve breakfast in the morning….what???? Probably would not return here, but it may be the only game in town so you may not have other choices.

Best Holiday Inn we've encountered. This has to be one of the nicest Holiday Inn locations around. We stayed here while visiting for a wedding. It is a very busy hotel, yet common areas and guest rooms were immaculately clean. That can be tough with so much guest traffic. Loved the restaurant on the property and the courteous staff too.

Holiday inn hotel The hotel was nice its self, but the down side was staff was not nice. But other than that it’s just great the hotel it’s self. I would recommend to stay here. They have a beautiful pool and golf course and a basketball court.
