VALUE FOR MONEY GREAT LOCATION Nice clean hotel with friendly staff in a great location, only 10 minutes to Manchester City Centre £10 in a taxi. Plenty of places to eat and drink around hotel too. This hotel was great value for money will definitely use again, the price was half of what hotels in the City Centre were.

Best Value Manchester Great value ,good quality accomodation for a visit to Manchester. Close to a tram stop( Exchange Quay) and ample parking - so easy to get to central Manchester and Salford Quays Decent sized well appointed rooms with a good selection at breakfast. Excellent staff, especially Michal and Bruna on reception

Copthorne Manchester I've stayed here many times, mainly for football and every time I have been made welcome. Checkin process is quick and straightforward, the rooms are nice particularly the waterfront. I was given room 450 which had been refurbished. I'm writing this after the buffet breakfast which was tasty. I can't remember all the staff except Michal on checkin but they are all very good. Would recommend as great location for metro and of course old Trafford.

Lovely stay I checked in online Free parking, massive bonus given the location Hotel staff were presentable and attentive. Really great communication. Offered us a lower or upper ground room, which i thought was a nice touch. Room was big. Decor was a little dated but didn't change my view of the place. Clean, bed was lovely and clean. X 4 pillows. I liked the window sill area opening out to the Quays. Woke up to thick eerie fog this morning before the Quays became apparent through delayed sunshine. We didn't eat so cannot comment on this aspect. TV was big and a smart one. I would definitely stay again. Really enjoyed the stay and very reasonable given the location. It's literally a 5 minute walk from the Manchester United ground and 2 minutes walk to the nearest tram station. Plenty of smaller shops and cafes nearby or the Lowry Centre a 2 minute drive away.

Special stay Having visited this hotel a few years ago I decided to see how things fared . Good interactive staff on reception , they gave us the update on what’s on locally . The room was fantastic with a robe and goodies on the bed on arrival . Notiing seemed too much trouble when we asked for an iron one was brought up with an ironing board . Superb stay and excellent staff communication
