Luxurious My husband booked an executive suite for our 2 night stay at the Lowry Hotel. Luxurious rooms, great room service and helpful staff are just some of the positive attributes. Although we were aware of some parties and functions, we were not disturbed at all and had a very pleasant stay. We will definitely visit again.

Great room This hotel is lovely, stayed in an executive room and the room was so spacious and decorated to a high standard. The only thing about the room that was disappointing was I couldn’t connect my Amazon fire tv stick to the tv. The food/breakfast at the restaurant was really nice but I think the service needs improving.

Noisy hotel Was very disappointed on my stay here. I have 2 young kids so booked to stay here for a luxury night of sleeping without them, although there was a function on which was very loud. The music could be heard word for word 2 floors up, in our room. We were told the music would be on until 1am. Not something I expected in a 5* hotel. We did enquire as we didn't want this to be an issue when we would be trying to sleep. One of the staff members holly, assured us that the music would be turned down at 10pm so we would have a restful night. She clearly just lied as it was still pumping at 11pm. At this stage we requested to change rooms which we did get upgraded to a suite. I am very appreciative that the staff sorted this, but as it was after 11.30pm any bed that was quiet would of done. I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience and book this hotel thinking it would be relaxing. This being said the rooms were gorgeous, beds were super comfy and the hotel was very clean!

four ladies out for lunch afternoon tea was not good one sandwich between 2 not fresh small cakes all tastes the same just different designs there was four of us all said the same and the bill was over 200pound don't bother you can get a nice meal somewhere else for that money

Lovely Hotel that lives up to its reputation Great Hotel, attentive staff and amazing rooms. Stayed one night with breakfast. Everything from checking in, to breakfast was perfect. We didn’t stay for dinner but had drinks at the bar, lovely staff looked after us very well. Breakfast was amazing, everything was cooked well and of good quality. Definitely recommend for a cosy couples stay
