Nice, clean and easy peasy! We stay here every time we come to Manitou Springs, at least 5 times. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is a little lack luster, but for free you can't expect everything. Great location, close to everything. Some rooms have a great view of the incline and Pikes Peak.

Family-Friendly Getaway: Magnuson Grand Pikes Peak Our stay at the Magnuson Grand Pikes Peak was wonderful! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the pool & and spa, but the breakfast was very underwhelming to put it mildly. No healthy options & almost everything was sugar laden. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions & was close to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, and friendly Great no frills hotel for a family trip. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, close to everything, and had a wonderful free breakfast with hot options. Rooms are also very spacious. We would definitely return and would recommend to anyone needing a safe and comfortable place to stay in Manitou Springs. My only suggestion would be an alarm clock/charger in the room by the bed/s. Thank you!

Decent accomodations The Magnuson is a mid-range hotel that is clean, and adequate for our needs. Nothing fancy but a decent place to stay and well located to CO Springs and Manitou Springs. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was more than just a muffin and coffee, with options for yogurt, granola, cereal, waffles, toast/bagels/muffins etc. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Over all I would definitely stay there again The room was very clean and many amenities. The balcony was very small but it was just enough. I'm glad they had it because most motels don't. A couple reasons for not giving it a 5 star are that the laundry room was very tiny and that they only accept cash to buy the detergent. I understand that using a charge card might be crazy for $2.00 but at least have an ATM. The other reason is that while we were waiting in the lobby for our clothes to be done. My wife and I were playing cards. As the second shift employee was leaving she turned the lights off. I just thought that was rude but she was probably mad because I mentioned about the ATM and then asked for change and took almost all of her quarters. Idk
