How is this place still open? You would be better off sleeping in your car. The breakfast is only open Saturday and Sunday. The bar only Friday and saturday. The rugs are hallway are dirty. The doors barely close. The back parking lot area is dirty. The water pressure in the sink was almost non existent. There is room turn down every other day, you have to request for anything more.

Very nice staff, but the creepiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in If you are in any way squeamish or watch a lot of horror movies this is not the hotel for you. We did not see a single other guest only staff. This is a huge hotel and I’m sure during concerts and football games. They get a lot of guests. The woman at the front desk was lovely and was very kind when I expressed my concern about reading other reviews. The room was fine and looked clean with the exception of the massive amount of mold between the double-paned windows — see my photos. We arrived late afternoon and immediately left to find things to do away from the hotel and came back late in the evening. I did sleep, but this wins the prize of the creepiest. Place we’ve ever stayed at.

Yes, it's that bad The hotel should be shut down, the owners should invest $$$ and make it a hotel someone would want to stay at. I had so many issues that my stay ended up being comped. Among them: First junior suite smelled sour. Had a machine (dehumidifier) running. Second junior suite had a chemical smell which smelled like it would ruin my lungs if I stayed there. Same type of machine running. As I was one person, I then asked for just any room that didn’t smell, and got a king room. Heat didn’t work in that room; engineer tried to fix but couldn’t. I was too exhausted to change rooms. Because I didn’t want to return to a cold room, I didn’t use the pool which I had intended to do. In the morning, found out the hair dryer didn’t work. Odd that the toiletries were for Best Western hotels, where enVision is a Choice brand and, prior to that I’m told, was a Holiday Inn, an IHG brand. Room was clean insofar it looked like it was vacuumed. But soiled all over – carpet, furniture, shade shredded, etc. Furthermore, there’s no way the hotel is a boutique hotel. Way too big for that website description. Other enVision owners/franchisees should take heed. This stay turns me off to the entire brand if such a hotel is permitted in the brand.

Camera in our hotel room I just got home from the police station and this is what I get for trying to get away for a couple days I stayed at This hotel for a couple nights just to get away with a friend. The first night she came and we went out to dinner. The hotel was having an issue ( first room was flooded, second room smelled very badly of dog pee) so they moved our rooms a couple times and by the time we got to room # 3 we were starving. We ended up just going in putting our stuff down, changing our shoes, and kind of running out the door for dinner. When we were returned back a few hours later it was apparent that someone had been in our room. The towels were moved and used and things were out of place. We kind of talked ourselves out of that idea and tried to convince ourselves that maybe we had moved the towels. Although we knew we hadn't. It just didn't make any sense because we hadn't been in the room long enough to use the towels. But again we kind of thought we were crazy and went about our night. We went to the pool and when we came back we took showers and hung out in the room. When it was time to go to bed we were still very shaken up by the fact that we thought someone had been in the room so we barricaded the door shut. In the morning My friend was leaving and I was going to be spending the night alone so I spoke to the manager told her my concerns that someone had been in the room and that I was not comfortable staying in the hotel by myself. I ended up moving to another hotel for the second night. Unfortunately, we are not the only ones that had an issue the same night. The police are investigating multiple reports of cameras found in rooms that night. I just went to the police and made a report about our situation. To make the matters worse. My friend said that in the bathroom on the shelf next to the toilet paper was a little black box similar to the one that the man had taken the picture of in the review. She said that she thought that it was just my USB charger. We went back to the hotel tonight and there are no cameras in the hallway outside of our door so we don't know how we're going to get to the bottom of this. But we are concerned that someone has footage of us showering and using the bathroom And the hotel staff let us go in the hotel room and there is no black box there now which means that someone had to have retrieved it since we left. The room is completely as we left it and has not been cleaned since. I checked out 2 days ago and everything is in place except for the Black box. I feel like I'm going to puke, but thank God for intuition. And thank God I didn't decide to stay in that hotel by myself Originally they offered us camera footage from the hallway and now suddenly they do not have any footage of the hallway. The police are investigating but in the meantime no one should be staying in this hotel

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS!! Filthy, disgusting and definitely not family friendly. Unfortunately I can't give this atrocious so-called hotel less stars. Booking was almost impossible through the corporate #, called hotel and booked for my sons hockey tournament weekend. Upon arrival after games were over for check in and the fun begins. Receive room keys and proceed to find our room only to be greeted by disgusting hallways of filth and peeling wall coverings. Every corridor stinks of weed, mold, and cigarette smoke. Upon entering our room my son even says how bad it smelled, as if they had just moved a family out to make room for us. After speaking with front desk the moved us to opposite side of hotel only to find a soaked bathroom floor and more surprises in the bedding and on room walls. We found fingernails, mold behind the bed, and filthy carpets. It also seems to be housing migrants, although no honest clue if this is true. This place makes the Bates motel look like the Ritz! I would never recommend this place to even someone looking to spend time with their side piece, let alone family members. 0 out of 0 stars. Hotel management seems to not be in control of cleaning staff sine my only response from them was " yes we know but can't do anything about it".
