Better Places to Stay Don't be rude. It serves no one and you end up with a poor review. Thank God we were there for just one night. The place is cute, it is pretty clean and our room was a decent size. It is an average room. Parking is easy. The place is safe. They have an outdoor pool which looked nice. We did not use it so I can't say much about it, but it looked fine. They have free breakfast in the morning and it was terrible. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast. It is in a good location. I will never stay there again. They are awful. We went to check in and of course we had reservations. Our room was ready, but it was not quite check in time yet so they made us wait. The customer before us was treated so badly. She had a service dog. She had a cane. She was disabled. First, she was rudely told 75$ for the dog. The woman tried to explain it was a service dog and thus no fee. They were just not having that. I thought she was going to start crying. It was all I could do to stop myself from teaching this obnoxious person law 101 as to service animals. I kept my mouth shut. They then told her she would get a different room because of the dog. Whether they ended up charging her I have no idea, but they treated her like dirt. That is not okay. Ever. We got to our room and it was not fully cleaned. We called and they did it while we waited some more and some more. I finally asked about our room and was told it had been ready for some time and what was the problem. So nasty. I asked a question. I am not rude to anyone. This person was really testing my limit of how much I will tolerate. At breakfast the eggs were just the worst. I asked if they could make more. "NO." is what I got. The staff is just bad, the management clearly does not train anyone and I am just so done.

Sets the standard for all other Hamptons We prefer Hampton Inns on our extensive travels, they are always our first choice. This Hampton Inn & Suites is the best of the best. This hotel sets the standard for all others to strive for. Location, cleanliness, comfort, safety and friendliness are all top-rated. This will always be our choice when traveling through Central California.

Under Construction with NO Amenities Stayed here in January 2024 for a work trip and was so incredibly disappointed to learn UPON ARRIVAL that the hotel is actively being renovated resulting in absolutely no amenities being available. No pool, hot tub, laundry, gym, or regular breakfast available - all details that were inconveniently not communicated prior to arrival. Other disappointments included the lobby hot water for tea not actyally being hot and the breakfast being a strange combination of sad, off-brand highly processed baked goods and sandwiches comprising of dry whole wheat bred, a slice of cheese, and a couple slices of ham wrapped in foil and marked with Sharpie. Very strange experience and very disappointing that Hilton felt it appropriate to charge full price in addition to not alert guests about the current situation. I especially felt bad for the front desk staff because they were tucked in a corner directly across from active construction activity in the lobby which tells me management of this hotel could be handling the situation better for BOTH their staff and guests. Avoid at all costs, at least for another 6+ months.

Construction with NO Notification The hotel is under renovation (1st and 2nd floor). We're not notified when booking the hotel. The room is newly renovated, but with strong renovation smells. The breakfast in the lobby is super simple compared with other Hampton Inn, while construction was going on on the same floor with dust and smell. The sound proof is not that good. We can hear the kid running on the upper floor. The stuff is nice and changed the room for us.

Loud construction with no disclosure - AVOID! I stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. When I checked in, I asked if the room was quiet. They assured me it was. It was NOT. Instead, there was massive construction on the 4th floor starting at 8 am on LABOR DAY. There was no disclosure of this when we checked in, nor any signage or indication in the room. When I called down to find out what was going on, they were very rude and said that all 3rd floor rooms were affected. Everyone else on the team who booked here had the same experience, with no indication that we would all be jolted awake by giant cranes and banging.
